Question: Can I pay by Cheque or postal Order

Answer:Yes Add £2 to order first Then - To pay by cheque you must put your full name and address on the back of the cheque together with full details of your guarantee card. Once cheque's are cleared, your goods will be sent out. You can also send a Postal order along with your order.

Question: If I buy a part and fit it, but it does not fix the fault can I return the part.

Answer : Sorry, No. All parts are tested and working prior to despatch. possibly the fault on the phone caused the original damage to the part and could be the reasons why the part failed in the first place, if any doubt don't try and fix it return your phone to us for a quote for repair

Question: My Phone Is Liquid Damaged, Can it be Repaired

Answer: Maybe - First do not put the battery in the phone, if in remove it right away.then do not try and dry it out, send it to us ASAP we will dismantle and put the main board in to our Ultra Sonic Cleaning bath, once cleaned we will reassemble and test the phone, there is about 50/50 chance of success, if ok we cannot put any guarantee on the repair. email for quote
